$150 per 45-minute session
Questions regarding insurance coverage, rates, or payment will be verified by office staff prior to your appointment.
Your session may be covered in full or part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. You may want to check your coverage by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is my co-pay?
- Is approval required prior to services being rendered?
- If applicable, is couples or marital counseling covered by my mental health plan?
Cash and check are accepted for payment in the office. All major credit cards are accepted throygh this website, "make a payment" link
If you do not keep your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of $75.00
